ShortGolf Product Warranty

ShortGolf sells the highest quality products into the United States market. The company is committed to the performance and durability of its products.ShortGolf has a six month warranty from the date of purchase on all of our products that are defective in materials or construction.

ShortGolf will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective product within six months of purchase. If the product is no longer produced, the defective product will be replaced with a comparable product. Any product sent for replacement beyond the warranty term will be subject to a fee. Evidence of the defects and proof of purchase must be provided electronically, but in some circumstances products may need be returned to :

ShortGolf Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. No questions asked.

If the product is in new, unused condition within 30 days of receipt we will refund the purchase price. Please return it at your expense to the address above and notify john@short-golf.com or call (310) 291 3142. Note – If free shipping was included, we will deduct the exact cost of our original shipping from the refund.

If the product is the wrong item due to our ordering error, please contact john@short-golf.com or call (310) 291 3142 and we will arrange a pick-up or provide a return label and ship the correct item to you, both at our expense.

If the product is the wrong item due to your ordering error, please return the unused item with 30 days at your expense and we will replace it with the right item and charge shipping and handling. Any cost difference to the original invoice value will be charged or refunded as necessary.

Proof of Purchase (Purchase Order, Proof of Delivery, Proof of Paid Invoice) is required for all returns.

Excepting Warranty related claims, we cannot accept or refund equipment that is past 30 days from the date of delivery, and we cannot return or refund equipment purchases that have been used, damaged or is not in ‘New’ condition.
